Raffle - Proceeds to Benefit Family In Need
The BLA will be continuing its efforts to raise money for the United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware in care of "Colin Zwickert." Colin is the son of Wesley (Del.) College Head Coach Christian Zwickert who came during the 2007 summer with the Providence College Mini-Camp. Colin was a fully healthy baby until his delivery in October 2006. During delivery, he became stuck and suffered a severe brain injury. He has since been diagnosed with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, along with visual, hearing and swallowing difficulties. Needless to say, the Zwickerts have fallen on some rough times. The lacrosse communitys greatest asset is helping one another. Please consider contributing to the raffle we will have ($1 / ticket). We will raffle prizes off the last week. Consider making an additional contribution as well.
